All Nexus Solutions units are manufactured using Nex-Sheet Thermo plastic giving a very high impact resistance with the added benefit of anti-microbial protection. The in-built property of being Antibacterial and Antifungal makes Nexus Solutions range ideal for use in healthcare sectors.
The design of Nexus Solutions product range eliminate the source of nutrients for bacteria and fungi. One source of these nutrients come from an additive known as a plasticiser, which in most cases will support microbial growth. Nex-Sheet does not contain plasticisers, therefore the main source of nutrients is removed and it performs extremely well when tested for bacterial and fungal growth (Source: ‘TB120-C_Antifungal and Antibacterial Properties_061412’).
Nex-Sheet also possesses self-extinguishing fire resistant properties so it will not support a flame. It is hard wearing, impact and water resistant.
All panels are Nex-Sheet wrapped with minimal joint lines leaving a smooth fresh hard wearing finish that is impact and water resistant. Nex-Sheet is available in a wide range of colours and can be colour matched to any scheme.
We pride ourselves in supplying fully finished products that are easily installed, this lower installation costs, saves time, and reduces the risk of installation error. To reduce the logistical input required Nexus Solutions incorporate internal plumbing and sanitaryware to create truly complete units that only require fixing in place and water feed/waste connections to be made.
All Nexus Solutions units can be mounted on partition or solid walls, attractively concealing all services from the floor, wall or ceiling.
All Nexus Solutions units have powder coated steel wall fixing brackets that are designed for easy fit and quick installation. A unit only requires 8 screw fixings with flexible position points and so makes for a very versatile installation.
All Nex-Wash & Nex-Pod units are pre-plumbed which includes a hot water return pipe to reduce standing water to a minimum. The pipework is also insulated up to the ball lever valve and is factory pressure tested.
All sanitaryware used is HTM compliant and installed at the Nexus Solutions factory along with the internal plumbing to reduce site time and disturbance.
