Nexus Solutions Eye-Surgery Simulation Workstation is improving education standards across a range of leading medical colleges in the UK. The Eye-Surgery Simulation Workstation was designed by Consultant Ophthalmologist Jim Innes and is one reason for his recent Health Education England National Innovation Award. The mobile workstation needs only the addition of a phacoemulsification machine to produce a mini wet-lab, complete with the facility for Covid-safe local or remote supervision.
