The Nex-Wash unit is environmentally friendly and is NSF/ANSI Food Safe, Class 1/A fire rated and has an extreme resistance to impact, chemicals and abrasion. All Nex-Wash units come with the in-built property of being antibacterial and antifungal making it the ideal material for use in the Nightingale Hospital.
Download PDFAs 2020 got underway and COVID-19 hit the UK the NHS Nightingale Hospital was built in London. In March of 2020, Nexus took an urgent request to supply over 100 Nex-Wash units to the hospital. The Nex-Wash clinical wash hand basin units are made entirely within Nexus’s own 5000sq ft manufacturing facility, using their own labour, local suppliers, and supply chain partners. For this reason, it was possible to speed up production to meet the the timeframes required. Adaptations and amendments were quickly worked through with the in-house design and CAD team, enabling Nexus to respond to requests for additional sanitary products.
